David J. Beyda
Co-Founder
David Beyda has been with Town & Country for 35 years. He began working summers in the warehouse, and part time while earning his degree from NYU Stern School of Business. He learned the business he would ultimately lead from the ground up. David was the architect of the company’s mass market strategy, resulting in T&C becoming a major supplier for Walmart, Kmart, Costco and many other large national chains. Under David’s tenure the company grew its sales 10-fold, quadrupled its customer base, expanded internationally and successfully entered multiple new product categories. After the acquisitions of Home Dynamix and Amalgamated Textile, David oversaw the overall integration and running of the companies in the US and overseas. His expertise in real estate, licensing, merchandising, sourcing, finance and brand management has helped establish T&C as a market leader.

Jeffrey J. Beyda
Co-Founder
Jeffrey Beyda has more than 25 years’ experience at Town & Country Living before exiting to private equity 2018 where he started the department store, big box and off-price businesses. Jeff initiated licensing strategies that resulted in long standing relationships with Ralph Lauren, KitchenAid, Kate Spade among many others. He was also responsible for technical product innovations, building an in-house R&D group that yielded dozens of patents and tens of millions in sales for its customers across metal, polymer, ceramic, and textile products. He oversaw the sourcing and development of new product, making over 100 trips to Asia in his career. After the acquisition of Home Dynamix and Amalgamated Textile, Jeff led the sales integration effort. He has a degree from Boston University. He remains an active Board Member and advisor.

Rachel Barnett
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel is an accomplished senior level business leader with broad-based management skills, driving top and bottom line results. Comprehensive financial and operational experience in consumer products, with expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional management, and new business initiatives. Consistent record of process improvement and resource management, achieving growth and profit goals for dynamic corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, and start-ups.

Joseph D. Beyda
Analyst
While in college earning his is Bachelors degree from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, Joseph worked in various roles at The Betesh Group, JEMB Realty, and Vornado Realty Trust. He gained experience in retail and residential analysis, vetting future acquisitions, underwriting, and developing value-add strategies. At Google he did financial modeling and analysis on their Data Center Acquistions team that helped facilitate multiple deals worth over $1 billion as a part of Google’s Real Estate group. Joseph is working in e-Commerce, and focusing on international growth, at Town and Country Living.

Gina Barnaba
Chief Product Officer
Gina Barnaba has over 17 years’ experience in product development and design after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), majoring in Industrial Design. She worked alongside David and Jeff at Town & Country Living for 10 years building and managing its’ in-house R&D team. Throughout her career, she has developed a wide variety of consumer goods using an array of materials and manufacturing processes. She also managed Town & Country’s IP and is a listed inventor on over 20 patents. Gina is experienced in merchandising, cost engineering, and sourcing. She has built strong supplier relationships in Asia and North America.

Joseph J. Beyda
Market Research Analyst
Joseph has extensive experience in structuring small business debt financing, successfully helping numerous small businesses responsibly achieve their growth objectives. Prior to that he spent time focused on new client acquisition, onboarding, and customer stewardship.
Joseph also conceived of and successfully launched his own block chain NFT project, leading a team of programmers, creative digital artists and content creators that sold out the project within a week.
Giving back has always been important to Joseph. He has made multiple trips to Uganda, raising money and helping implement clean drinking water systems in the remote villages of Bumayi and Naceele.
